Ruth has worked for over 16 years in both residential and outreach services in domestic abuse, homelessness and children’s social services. She is committed to the Grace to Restore programme to see young women rise up out of the pain of mental anguish. Married to John, a sales director, they live in Southsea with their son. They also have a daughter, who went to live in heaven at just 18 years old.
Steuart and his wife, Carla, lead Family Church Portsmouth and are passionate about helping people find hope, healing and freedom. In addition to her role in Family Church, Carla also works for a domestic abuse service and together they bring valuable skills to the Grace to Restore Programme. They have two sons and a daughter and love living in the city of Portsmouth.
Mark, aka Fergie, is the owner of Refurb Ferg undertaking all types of home improvements. He is married to Jozefin and they live in Portsmouth. Mark is the Events Manager for the Family Church's Portsmouth congregation. In his spare time Fergie, is a keen runner, competing regularly in Park Runs and most recently he completed the virtual London Marathon.
John is the Building Services Manager for a large engineering company in the South of England. Married to Rachael, they have three grown-up children. John has led charities and projects for the benefit of vulnerable children and young people in Poland and Romania and more recently in Moldova and India. In his free time John enjoys fishing and kayaking.
Naomi lives in Hampshire with her husband and 2 young children. She is passionate about helping people and seeing hope restored. Naomi is very creative, enjoys painting, baking, board games and football - both playing and watching it! She studied mental health nursing at university. She believes no-one is 'too far gone' that the love and grace of God can’t reach them.
